As an essential member of the client-facing team, individuals will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our college and university partners. Individuals will play a key role in ensuring each client delivery and engagement is providing ample value. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build trust and strengthen relationships by establishing a deep understanding of each client’s goals and keeping those goals at the forefront of the partnership.

  • Serve as an advocate for each client, ensuring they receive the highest standards of service.

  • Provide campus leadership with objective data and actionable insights that will lead to better decision making.

  • Work cross-functionally with Data and Analytics, Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure the needs of our partners are being met.

  • Serve as a MARKETview product expert for our clients.

  • Monitor MARKETview data for clients to ensure high levels of data integrity.

  • Provide basic, ongoing client training on programs, services and products.

  • Encourage client usage of the MARKETview platform and drive client participation in events, meetings and other engagement opportunities.

  • Contribute to the client service roadmap, helping to guide product enhancements and development.

  • Utilize internal systems, processes and tracking for optimal client engagement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5-10 years relevant work experience in account management and/or client success roles 

  • A passion for serving clients and helping them achieve success

As an essential member of the client-facing team, individuals will be responsible for supporting our client service leadership as they work directly with our college partners. Individuals will play a key role ensuring each of our clients receive outstanding value for their investments with us and that all clients perceive an outstanding level of service from our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client leadership teams and analysts to support clients by establishing a deep understanding of each client’s goals and keeping those goals at the forefront of the partnership.

  • Collaborate with client leadership to leverage MARKETview to drive actionable insights to be shared with our client partners.

  • Support client leadership teams with preparation for calls and meetings.

  • Manage the schedule of client meetings, ensuring regular calls are on the calendar and logged accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate client contact information in corporate database.

Individuals will serve colleges and universities with data analytics and business intelligence that help them better understand their position and control their destiny in a rapidly changing higher education marketplace.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage analytic and technical skills to enable ingestion and normalization of data from colleges and universities, ultimately making large and complex data sets more usable for our campus partners

  • Manage client data relationships to ensure data sets are consistently structured, timely, and facilitate value creating analysis

  • Exercise intellectual curiosity by mining data sets to find meaningful patterns and trends in the data—both for individual institutions and across campuses

  • Ensure data quality and security using best-in-class business intelligence tools and technology

  • Contribute to the product roadmap and subsequent enhancements and development

  • Collaborate with Principals to provide campus leadership with objective knowledge and actionable insights that will lead to better decision making

  • And, generally, grow and develop analytical and visualization skills in new and meaningful ways that contribute to a better, more educated society

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification, preferably in a data-related field such as math, statistics or computer science

DATA TECHNOLOGY

Farrell Day is seeking experienced and driven database developers to join us as we build and manage the data infrastructure necessary to make education a more data-informed industry. These individuals will be critical contributors to a fast-growing, early-stage education technology business and will have the unique benefit of joining a supportive team of experienced professionals on the ground level.

 

Individuals will design, create and maintain complex data storage systems and will be responsible for all aspects of development, ETL functions, performance tuning and monitoring.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical skills to develop and maintain highly secure data storage systems for our partners

  • Assist with software deployment and management of the technical infrastructure

  • Support ETL processes to load data to Azure SQL and Azure Data Lake utilizing standard Microsoft tools

  • Utilize SQL Data Tools to build ETL processes and solutions

  • Write and maintain optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications

  • Create SQL stored procedures and triggers for automation to increase efficiency

  • Perform database performance tuning and indexing to increase speed of data retrieval operations

  • Support and enhance business intelligence development efforts by translating business needs to technical specifications

  • Create technical documentation for databases to assist other team members and aid in onboarding new employees

  • Collaborate with the data and analytics team as well as the client service team in support of our partners

  • Uphold the highest standards for data quality and integrity

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field or a database certification

  • Experience developing in the Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform

  • Minimum of three years of experience developing in Microsoft SQL Server 2012/Azure SQL

  • Proven SQL Server Performance tuning, query and index tuning capabilities

  • Extensive experience testing and troubleshooting to solve complex technical problems

  • Impressive interpersonal and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately
